About Us

Bude Brothers is a Canadian menswear boutique selling waistcoats, neckties and cufflinks. You can reach us any time at info@budebrothers.com and we aim to reply within two business days.

Products and Descriptions

We photograph and describe every piece as accurately as we can. Because our garments use natural wool and silk, slight variations in weave, pattern placement and shade are normal and are not considered faults. Screens also render colour differently, so a fabric may appear marginally lighter or darker than in person.

Stock is limited and some pieces are made in small runs. If an item sells out after you order it, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your province. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed and paid for an order.

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the card and wallet options shown at checkout. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.

Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order where an item is unavailable, where there has been an obvious pricing error, or where we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually packed within two business days and shipped from Canada with tracking. Delivery times quoted at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier; we are not responsible for delays outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. International orders may attract customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery. Our returns and refunds terms are set out on our Refund and Returns Policy page and form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Canadian consumer protection law.

Intellectual Property

All photography, text, logos and page designs on this site belong to Bude Brothers. You may not copy or republish them for commercial use without our written permission.

Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a product review, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and you grant us permission to publish it on the site. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unlawful.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Bude Brothers operates. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the moment you order is the one that applies.
